Xmas and Eid Get Together Friday 17th December

Tuesday, December 14th, 2010

Everyone is welcome to come to our austerity Christmas and Eid Get Together.   There will be nibbles, mince pies and drinks, face painting and card making for families, run by the Westbourne Children’s Centre and the fabulous students of Westminster Academy, and a warm welcome from all of us to all of you.  Unfortunately Father Christmas can’t afford the hay for the raindeer this year but we hope he will put a look in next year when times aren’t so tough.  The Get Together will be held at The Stowe Centre, 258 Harrow Road, W2 5ES from 5pm to 7pm on Friday 17th December.

The Breakfast Connection

Tuesday, October 19th, 2010

Westbourne Forum is launching a new initiative this weekend on Saturday 23rd October called The Breakfast Connection.  Anyone who is interested in supporting the Forum’s campaign to continue working in the neighbourhood is welcome to come to the Stowe Centre Foyer at 258 Harrow Road, W2 5ES from 10.30 to 11.30 to find out how they can help.  In addition to supporting the campaign, The Breakfast Connection will give the Forum a chance to pass on information that may be of interest to residents and for residents to tell the Forum staff about their concerns.   Tea, coffee, juice and pastries will be served.  From November The Breakfast Connection will be 10.30 – 11.30 on the second Saturday of the month at the Stowe Centre.   Meetings will therefore be on:
